Meet 1 on 1 with a coach You will have the opportunity to discuss your goals with a coach and membership options that best suits you. Whether that’s working 1 on 1 with an experienced coach to work through our fundamentals course, or jumping straight into our classes. Together we can create a plan that gives you the support you need to succeed

Our unlimited membership gives you access to as many classes and open gym sessions as you want.

CONCESSION CARD

Concession card with 10 sessions included for those members that may be visiting New Plymouth or work out of town.

DROP IN/CASUAL

$15 PER SESSION

Drop in sessions are for current CrossFitters. We love visitors!

We don’t believe in contracts. We want you to stay and continue to train at CFNP because you love it and because you get results. If you need to exit your membership, no dramas, all we ask is for 2 weeks’ notice.
We know it’s hard for some to get their foot in the door to start their fitness journey We don’t charge for sign up fees. We want to make your journey to starting at the gym as easy as possible.
This is often a misconception about CrossFit. Please do not let your current fitness level deter you from trying CrossFit. All of our movements and workouts are scalable – meaning we can adjust them to your fitness level and ability.
We surprisingly hear this quite often! CrossFit will increase lean body mass, but not to the degree most people think. Since CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program and not a bodybuilding program, your results will be a leaner, stronger version of yourself.
Unlike most gyms, we actually care when you can’t come in to class. You’re more than just another number to us. Come in for your first class and not only will you see our incredible community, but also feel to become one with the team and family. At CrossFit New Plymouth, we believe in community first and fitness follows!
